1. Read and abide by the company’s constitution
and by-laws. (Article V, Section 1; Article X, Section 1)
2. Pay policy premiums on time or face
cancellation. (Article XIV, Section 3)
3. Notify the company of changes to
contact information: mailing address, phone number, email address.
4. Notify the company of the sale of
insured property. (Article X, Sections 2 & 3)
5. Notify the company of any change in
policyholders as listed on the policy. This includes, but is not limited to:
divorce, death, changes in group ownership (i.e. hunt clubs), joint ownership
changes (i.e. siblings), etc. Such changes require a new policy application and
approval by the Board of Directors.
